What I did for World Peace yesterday was check that a man who had fallen asleep on the train at the end of the line was woken up by someone so that he didn't then end up travelling all the way back the other way before he woke up :)

Hi. As you know I have 4 o'clock set as an alarm every day... My whole family knows what it means. Any squabbles, upsets etc get sorted at that time. Even peaceful thoughts are lovely. Hope it spreads..... I am well but not moved ahead too much with my project.. Lots of love to you. Melx

I'm doing ok. The Time for peace message is close to my heart. I practice meditation and am involved with working towards creating a better world through changing the self and inspiring other to do likewise. I will log the day and time in my diary. Take care and God bless.
